Hoped this helped Like I said I am not sure if I am a rare case of file transfer not working, but just incase someone else is going through this problem, they will be to find this. you cant get dex to 3040x1440 via usb or wifi then your monitor does not support dex at 3040x1440. You might need to close Samsung Flow if it is open, and the reopen, or you might even need to restart your computer.
